Santa Rosa was born as a project aimed at the market of young families, interested in a lifestyle away from the city and surrounded by green areas and open spaces.
Institutional stationery was designed, highlighting the graphic elements of the logotype.
A branding was created that conveys the concept of family coexistence in harmony with nature. The greens representing the vegetation of the green areas and the disposition of the elements represent family union and together they form the upper part of the treetops or a flower.
The Pepper team carried out an analysis to create the name and the slogan "An incomparable place". A graphic line and advertising concept was created which highlights, through images, the outdoor family lifestyle.
Catalogue
A catalog was designed as a sales tool, in which the benefits of the residential are shown, as well as details of the houses and their green areas.
Adaptations of the messages were made to pieces for public roads. The aim was to highlight the advantages of living in an environment.
